HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

For trade registration please email us to sign up as a member of the design industry. Once your application is approved, you will be able to request memos and place orders directly through us.
We offer the option to reserve any of our in-stock goods for up to 10 days with the submission of a formal purchase order. Reserves can be extended if needed, but it is the responsibility of the showroom, representative, or client to do so.
OUR LEAD-TIMES & MINIMUM ORDERS
We digitally print all our designs in our wallpaper collection on a per-order basis. While we always do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible, print-to-order wallpapers generally have a lead-time of 3 – 6 weeks after receipt of payment. We request a 3 yard minimum for any order through our studio but you can order 24" x 24" samples on line through our website.

We can fulfill orders as low as 5 yards for items not kept in stock with an additional $150 print / cut fee.
Though some of our cushions can be stocked , again as we print most of our designs in our collection on a per-order basis it is most likely as with the wallpaper & fabrics you will need to place a minimum order. Please do check on line for stock of the cushions or any of our current stockists.

DO YOU OFFER CFAs?We are happy to offer CFAs for any of our in-stock fabrics once an order is placed. Our print-to-order designs are bespoke and we do not have the ability to offer a CFA for these. If you would like request a strike-off before your order is put into production, you may do so for an additional fee. You also have the right to waive a CFA. We always try our best to insure color consistency and accuracy.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW THAT I’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Merchandise must be inspected upon delivery for color, yardage, and for any irregularities before cutting and/or treatment. Returns cannot be made once the fabric has been cut or treated. “Perfect” goods and custom goods cannot be returned. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs and adjustments, such as cut fees and rush fees, will not be reimbursed. Our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM COLOR
We offer custom color options for almost all of our designs, with a ten yard minimum order. All custom jobs are subject to a 25% upcharge. Custom design work is billed for at an hourly rate.
WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOM CAPABILITIES
We have the ability to rescale or recolor most of our existing prints & can create new bespoke designs as required. Most of our patterns transit easily from fabric to wallpaper – and vice versa. All custom work requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit to begin. ??WHAT ARE WE DOING RE REFUNDS
I THINK THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE - HAVE TO BE CAREFUL AT THIS TIME WHAT WE ARE OFFERING but NEED SOMETHING RE HOTELS ETC...ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITED FOR HOSPITALITY?We can convert almost any of our products into high quality, performance-grade and outdoor-friendly goods suited for hotel and hospitality projects – minimums do apply.
